The IDT Consultative Engagement Process

The basis for our integrated Case Management, Business Process Management, Document Imaging Management and Document Scanning products and services is to learn all critical aspects of the client's business by gathering relevant information, performing evaluations and making recommendations.

First, IDT conducts a thorough evaluation by collecting client information on the business, investigating and analyzing sales, operations and by examining marketing methods. The end goal is to address and answer a series of questions such as:

  • Is the client experiencing in efficiencies in the Human Resources, Accounts Payable, or Accounts Receivable areas of the organization?
  • Does paper or electronic based documents drive internal business processes?
  • How is the client's customer service record and what steps can be taken to improve customer service?
  • Are sales reaching goals and targets? If not, why?
  • Is the client's marketing program sufficient and if not, why?
