Michael Ciabattari
Chief Operations Officer
Michael Ciabattari joined IDT in April of 1997. His career at IDT has progressed from
his original role as Business Development Executive to his current position as Chief
Operations Officer. In this position, Michael leads the Sales, Solution Services,
Marketing and Administrative teams. In addition, Michael works closely with the
President to guide IDT’s overall direction as an organization.
Prior to joining IDT, Michael worked in Education, and subsequently held a position
in business development within the Financial Services industry.
Michael is certified in all of IDT‘s product offerings and has extensive experience
analyzing large organization’s business processes for the purpose of deploying solutions
that streamline those processes. Throughout Michael’s tenure at IDT, he has been either
directly responsible for or had oversight for the following:
- System implementations;
- Project Management and Business Analysis;
- Product Technical Support;
- Business Development;
- Account Management;
- Evaluating IDT’s Product and Services Offerings
Michael has received sales training and certification in all of IDT’s capture and ECM offerings.
In addition, Michael has been an active participant in partner councils with Optika, Stellent,
Oracle, Marex Group and other leading ECM manufacturers in the industry to review product and
sales strategies within the reseller community.
Michael graduated from Northern Illinois University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History
and a minor in Economics.
