Michael Nolfo

National Accounts Manager


Mike Nolfo joined IDT in July 1999 as an integral part of the sales team. In Mike‘s current role as National Accounts Manager, he oversees the Account Management team and has responsibility for developing, maintaining and growing IDT’s ongoing sales and customer service for IDT and IDTC customers. Mike’s primary focus is to lead his team and develop strategic programs to expand IDT’s presence within their customer base.

Prior to joining IDT, Mike worked in the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office for 2 years.

Mike has vast sales experience with Imaging, Enterprise Report Management, Process Automation, ERP Integration, Web Content Management and other areas of Enterprise Content Management. He has provided solutions to customers across all industries and for organizations of diverse size in both the private and public sectors, including several Fortune 500 companies.

Mike has received sales training and certification in all of IDT’s capture and enterprise content management offerings.

Mike graduated from Northern Illinois University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology.
