President and Founder
Role
Paul Szemplinski founded Integrated Document Technologies, Inc. (IDT) www.idt-inc.com in 1992. As President, he continues to guide IDT’s overall direction as an organization.
Background
Over the 18 year history of the company, Paul has successfully grown the organization’s staff, its capabilities, customers and supply chain into a multi-million dollar value-added reseller and systems integration firm. While the core competencies of IDT have broadened to now deliver integrated ECM, ERP and CRM solutions to the marketplace, Paul has not abandoned the guiding principles in which the company was founded upon, “deliver technology based solutions to our customers on time, within budget, with no surprises and do it with Integrity.”
In the second half of 2002, Paul launched a new division of IDT called IDT Consulting, Inc. www.idtconsulting.com, whose focus and charter is to service the SMB market with integrated Content Management, ERP and CRM solutions based largely on the Microsoft platform
Today, IDT and IDT Consulting successfully serves over 250 customers in both the SMB and Global 2000 marketplace inclusive of prestigious organizations, such as Shure, Inc., Textron, Inc., Midas, Inc., HAVI Global Solutions, Inc., Abbott Laboratories, Aon Risk, International Truck and Engine, Aon Consulting, ATI Physical Therapy, Inc., SXC Healthcare Solutions and many others. In addition, IDT has partnered with technology firms, such as Oracle | Stellent, EMC | Documentum, EMC | Captiva, Eastman Kodak and Kofax. IDT’s supply chain partner community has also been expanded to include leading-edge companies, such as Isilon Systems, Inc., Hewlett Packard, Microsoft Corporation and many others.
In the 4th quarter of 2008, Paul launched CAPSYS Technologies, LLC – a software company focusing on delivery Distributed, Web-based Document Capture solutions in either a traditional on-premise model or the newly emerging market opportunity - Software as a Service (SaaS).
Experience
Prior to forming IDT, Paul was an early promoter of imaging technologies. He has over 20 years of extensive sales, marketing and technical experience.
