| Telemarketing Representative | Job Description The Telemarketing Representative will be responsible for generating leads through phone solicitation of prospective and existing customers. This person will work closely with the sales team to generate business and promote IDT.
| Responsibilities
- Perform cold and warm calling into prospects for the purpose of identifying new content management opportunities
-
Identify and establish new contacts within IDT prospects and accounts
-
Work with Sales team to promote marketing campaigns such as mailers, seminars, workshops, "Lunch and Learns", etc.
Promote IDT "add-on" services or products, informational seminars and educational materials
-
Work independently to produce results consistent with meeting or achieving outbound call metrics and quotas

Understand and promote content management solutions to corporations using a consultative sales methodology

Maintain call activity reports in IDT's CRM system
| Requirements
- BA/BS degree
-
Minimum 1 year business to business telemarketing experience
-
Strong communication, organization, problem solving and time management skills
-
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
-
MS CRM or similar applications background a plus
