Ricoh eWriter Solutions Ricoh eWriter Solution (EWS) addresses technology gaps in the digital workflow by replacing paper-based forms with an efficient digital alternative comprised of a business-class tablet and back-end services. Data, Documents and Forms are centrally managed via secure eWriter Workflow Services, and can be authenticated for use as court evidence through the Ricoh EWS AuthentiDoc service.
Weighing in at about a pound, the Ricoh eQuill is a business-class tablet that’s as lite as a small clipboard, as thin as most paper notepads (less than a third of an inch in profile), and connects to your corporate workflows via WiFi or WAN.
